ESSAY REQUIREMENTS

The winning application will be decided upon by Avant Garden Décor, an affiliate of the Woodstream Corporation. The Avant Garden $500 Scholarship winner is expected to be announced on August 31, 2015. SCHOLARSHIP ELIGIBILITY

Applicant must be enrolled at an accredited two or four-year college or university in the United States. Incoming freshmen in Fall 2016 are eligible to enter.

Application must be submitted by August 10, 2015 – One essay/application per person.

Applicant must be a legal resident of the United States or hold a valid student visa.

Applicant must give Avant Garden Décor permission to use their name and essay on any and all marketing collateral.

The essay must be unique and original, and must not have been previously published on the web.

Your personal contact information is kept completely confidential and will not be sold or used for any other purpose than this scholarship.
