Incoming freshmen beginning college in the Fall term of 2015 and currently enrolled college students continuing study in the Fall term of 2015 are eligible. One entrant from each group will receive a $2,500 scholarship. Eligible students need to write a 250 to 500-word essay on what experiences, lessons, and opportunities they hope to include in their college career.

New this year is the optional video portion. Students have the opportunity to underscore their essay with a 15-second video on YouTube or Instagram. Though not required, the video offers students a way to showcase their creativity. Simply include the video URL with your entry.
