Apple Scholarship for Apple Foundation Program

Scholarships from this fund will be awarded to up to 15 students each year who meet the following criteria:
• Students must have completed the Apple Foundation Program hosted by Henry Ford College to be eligible.
• Students will submit a 500-word essay. The requested topic is “Please explain how you will expound upon what you learned in the Apple Foundation Program through achieving the Mobile App Development Certificate of Achievement at HFC.”
• Students must be able to complete the program within two academic years of their first course.
• Students must take these courses in the following sequence.
 CIS 100 and CIS 125,
 CIS 111, CIS 140 and CIS 130 or CIS 170
 CIS 241 and CIS 243
• Courses must be completed with a C or better before receiving funding for the next set of courses.
The scholarship may be used for tuition, fees, and book support.
