The Beth Ormandy Endowed Memorial Nursing Scholarship

The Ormandy Family established the Beth Ormandy Memorial Scholarship as a tribute to her dedication and perseverance throughout her career as a registered nurse. Beth was a nursing professional for many years in hospital and office settings in both supervisory and managerial positions. More than anything, Beth was dedicated to the welfare, well-being, and healing of her patients in both body and spirit.

This scholarship is for applicants who are pursuing a major within the Nursing Program. Applicants must have financial need, a minimum GPA of 2.4 and in the opinion of the teaching staff, possess attributes of patient empathy, care, and attentiveness.
